Gigabit Ethernet Fiber PCI-Express Network Adapters Overview
The LNK-C9260PF is a high-performance Gigabit PCIe fiber optic network card engineered for
secure and reliable Fiber-to-the-Desktop (FTTD) networks. Built on the proven Intel 82576EB
chipset, this adapter delivers optimized performance to eliminate system I/O bottlenecks in
demanding network applications.
Its PCIe x1 interface offers broad compatibility with x1, x8, and x16 slots, and includes a low-profile
bracket for versatile installation in various chassis. A key feature is advanced teaming functionality,
which enables fault tolerance and load balancing to ensure non-stop, uninterrupted network
communications. The card boasts exceptional noise immunity, ideal for electrically noisy environments.
Furthermore, it is powered by a high-efficiency Texas Instruments power management controller,
ensuring cool operation, superior stability, and enhanced reliability for continuous Gigabit Ethernet performance.
